Green Coconut delight

With greens and fat from coconut this smoothie will ensure that you get the energy you need. You have slow carbohydrate to release the energy slowly, fat to keep you feel fuller, vitamins and fibre from the kale and ginger.

  • 1 large handful kale leaves remove the stalk
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2 cm piece ginger root
  • 2 small handfuls pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 small glass coconut cream
  • 1 small glass almond milk
  • 4 leaves mint optional


  • Put everything in a blender and blitz until smooth
