Self-awareness is one of the unique human endowments. No other creature on this planet possess this. But this is what we also currently massively miss in our day to day life. We are run by our conditions and habits we acquired over a period of time. The workshops are designed to help people reflect and invite awareness of their actions and behaviours.

Whether it is in our relationships with our partner or relationships at work, whether it is in anything we are trying to do where we experience a level of dissatisfaction is always important to understand what could I do better and why my current approach is not working.
