Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When we are mindful, we carefully observe our thoughts and feelings without judging them as good or bad. It can be a really powerful tool to improve our wellbeing, especially our mental wellbeing.

Tai Chi & Kung Fu are a way of life. Both of these rooted in Taoism they go beyond the physical wellbeing aspects to actually bring together mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
The problems we are solving
The General Health Survey estimated that around 27% of the population is living with at least one chronic disease. These will continue to drive up the medical costs, as found by AON. There is growing consensus that the main triggers of chronic diseases are unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity and therefore are largely preventable through modifying lifestyle.

UK employees are working some of the longest hours in Europe but are producing 30% less per hour than other European workers.
DECREASE IN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
In organisations that have implemented well being strategies employees are twice as likely to believe their employers genuinely care about their well being. As a consequence, levels of employee engagement in these organisations raise by 31%.
