Life can be tough for all of us at sometime and no matter how well we believe we cope there can be things that we should deal with better. Patricia can help you do this through the 21 day course. She is great at talking through questions and opening your mind to new ways of looking at things. I felt more resilient at the end and that can only be a good thing.
I am so grateful for this 21 Day Challenge, as this program of self inspection has enabled me to understand myself better. It’s made me realise I am in control of my life if I choose to take it, I have all the answers if I show courage to seek them and I can overcome my vulnerabilities if I embrace them with openness and kindness. Thank you Patricia for guiding me on this new path.
During the lockdown I started struggling with my personal resilience, so when I came through this program I felt it was just right for me.
It was a fantastic introduction to really think about personal blockages and paradigm we used to interpret the world around us and after 21 days of daily exercises, meditations and reflections, I really feel a veil has lifted and that I have the tools to understand my reaction to situations.
Not only it was a great journey in these unprecedented times, but I would recommend this course to anybody who is unafraid to take a true look at themselves; it really did change my outlook and gave me a steer in my journey. Thank you
It was great to have the support from Patricia to help me through the challenges I was facing, holding me accountable to put the time towards myself as well as her help in clarifying whatever I felt it was difficult to understand and apply in my life.
The 21 day challenge so far has made me face some of my problems and areas which maybe I postponed and it gave me the tools to understand how to do that and how to become more resilient. It wasn’t easy because I couldn’t escape my problems but I am so grateful to have been able to face them and I feel a sense of courage and strength as a consequence.
Doing a course on mental and emotional resilience (the 21 day challenge) is not normally something I would do. Found I really had to make the time to get the benefit, but took some really valuable take aways.
I found the 21 day challenge so far incredibly thought provoking. It made me really focus on what I can focus on and what it’s not in my influence and how to become better equipped at solving life problems.
Patricia and her team were able to help me design a well-being taster programme that we weaved into my supply chain annual summit. Our focus was “bringing the best of you to work” We were introduced to meditation, tai chi, back strengthening, food & energy, emotional intelligence and Kung fu! I was a little apprehensive as to how a group of more than 60 delegates would react to something so different to previous years, but Patricia’s enthusiasm and her ability to connect well-being to better days at work went down extremely positively. Two months on and we now include well-being as part of our working life, and it has been inspiring to see how both individuals and teams have embraced incorporating small changes to make significant difference. I would definitely recommend Patricia – she made our annual conference feel very different, and our teams were inspired!
Loved the cooking session. I really enjoyed about healthy eating with Patricia compared to other courses I have been on in the past – Patricia explained about eating in moderation rather than telling us what we can and can’t eat. The whole experience was great fun and I would most definitely work with Patricia again.
The cooking class was extremely interactive and so much fun. I learnt a lot during the class and have applied this new knowledge to my day-to-day eating habits. Thank you for the fun experience!’
The cooking itself was fun and nourishing. Smoothies and protein balls were great. And the goody-bags with treats and little cards for stocking up your fridge, cupboard, larder, etc were a nice surprise. I kept the cards and refer to them from time to time for my online shopping.
I see staff using the nutribullet in RE’s kitchen, which I think is partly thanks to Patricia.
I’d love to attend again if you are planning more Metanoia Wellness cooking lessons in the future.
I really enjoyed the course. It was informative and well presented. Patricia is lovely and charismatic with a good sense of humour.
I’m pretty clued up on the subject, but it’s always good when someone presents the info you picked up here and there summarised in an orderly way. Also I find it helpful to have a ‘refresher’ as it makes you more disciplined about your healthy dietary habits. There was definitely something extra to learn for both with basic or advanced knowledge of healthy eating.
Patricia ran a healthy eating workshop for us inspired by seasonal vegetables – in this instance the wondrous kale was one of the key ingredients. We prepared it in a variety of ways – and we came away with lots of ideas and confidence to cook with it at home. It was fun, informative and motivated me to cook more healthier at home. Thank you Patricia!
Patricia @ Metanoia Wellness ran a workshop at Seenit the other day as part of a Wellbeing Week that I organised, I thought I’d share because it was great! The team loved it and we had healthy snacks for the office for days. If anyone is looking for someone to lead a Wellness workshop or is thinking if a wellbeing programme to implement in your organisations, then I recommend getting in touch.
We absolutely loved our Wellness event done by Metanoia Wellness. Patricia ran for my team a MIND and FOOD session and everyone was really engaged and came out of the session with practical skills and ways to incorporate wellbeing into our everyday lives. We loved the science behind some of stress management techniques and it really made us feel more comfortable about using these. The food we cooked was delicious and easy to do so we are thinking of investing in a blender so we can make some food in the office!
We had two workshops in the office with Patricia and they were both super inspiring. Patricia brought a huge knowledge about nutrition and wellness, but she actually made it very practical, so that everyone in the room could start applying those learnings in our daily life. We learned how to prepare easy and quick recipes that are healthy and that don’t compromise on taste. I still keep some of Patricia’s recipes and I certainly still follow her recommendations on wellness and nutrition.
